Each puppy is an individual and not all puppy’s need the same type of home or can offer the same type of companionship, so you should know that there are no rights or wrong answers here! Please reply carefully and honestly to these questions so that it is clear in your mind just what qualities you are really looking for in a dog, and what you want that dog to do for you. We want happy dogs, and happy owners! Teresa Bergquist, Breeder & care taker of Susana Labs

It is wise to reserve a puppy once they are born. Most likely, the dog you want will be snapped up, without a deposit or a reservation. We pre-sell our pups so it is important to get on the list. |

We are taking deposits currently on all of our litters born and unborn. So please check the dates! If you would like to deposit by mail, please let me know the specifics of what you are after by filling out this application so that I can direct you as to what litter I think would best suit your needs.
This puppy application is so that I can match you up with the lab pup that most meet your needs. This takes the confusion out of picking out a puppy yourself. Remember, I am living with these youngsters 15 hours day, and I know more than anyone, who is feistier, and who is mellower. We will keep a watchful eye, and once they are weaned at 6 weeks away from their mothers, we start to take notes. At 7 ¾
Weeks old your puppy will be identified with your name on it.
I need to find out all about you and your family, before I can make a perfect match. If you allow me to select your puppy for you, once I spot him/her that dog is set aside for you and you only. It will never be shown or mentioned to any one else. If you would prefer to pick your own puppy, I can set 2 pups aside on puppy go home day that are not identified as a picked puppy.
You would then choose from dog A or dog B and take one of the two home with you that day providing we have enough pups of that gender for you to do that.
